We are a small, client focused, design orientated, architectural studio based in Milnathort, Kinrossshire.
Ideally located between Perth & Edinburgh we can provide architectural services to clients throughout Scotland but currently work mainly in Perth & Kinross, Fife and the Lothians.
The studio was established in 2009 based on Philʼs 25 years in architectural practice and his experience in a wide range of different building types, sizes, constructions and procurement methods.
We offer a wide range of services from site appraisal through design, planning & building warrant applications, tender and contract administration.
Current and past projects include a number of ʻone offʼ houses, conversions, domestic extensions and alterations as well as community projects.
Specialisms include sustainable design, conservation and sensitive contemporary design and interventions.
We hold professional indemnity insurance, membership of all relevant professional bodies including ARB, RIBA & RIAS and attend regular CPD events to ensure that our knowledge is up to date.
We offer our clients value for money and a personal, professional, high quality architectural design service.
